   DESCRIPTION: The product is an alkaloid extracted from the tuberous plant Leucojum aestivum L. from the Amaryllidaceae family. It is manufactured as galanthamine hydrobromide. Galanthamine bromide substance, which is a strong (reversible) cholinesterase inhibitor, increasing the susceptibility of the organism to acetylcholine.
