neoplasm and formation of proliferating cell
spindle, as a result, mitosis is stopped at its
metaphase . Clinically, it is similar to
vincristine sulfate in effects, no cross tolerance
is found between the two drugs. It has a better
effect in the treatment of malignant lymphoma ,
especially lymphoreticular cell sarcoma, Hodgkin's
disease, chorioepithelioma, breast carcinoma, head
and neck cancer, oropharynx cancer, neuroblastoma,
monocytic leukemia , lung cancer , cervix cancer,
and alimentary tract tumor, and has some effect in
lymphoma, nephroblastoma and melanoma.
